Ganesh is an incredibly visionary individual, able to turn words and data into beautifully innovative digital user experiences. He has the rare ability to balance that with a constant focus on optimisation and maximising value for the business. He also inspired me to become a better leader of people- our time together was too brief but will be impossible to forget.

Ganesh is a big picture thinker with an undaunted approach to problem-solving. His strong commercial sensibilities resonate with senior commercial stakeholders and business leaders. He holds himself and his high-performing team accountable, reacts extremely well to feedback and always deliver quality outcomes.

Ganesh was brought into the team due to his vast history and evidence of building experiences that are both pleasant for the user and perform commercially. From day one Ganesh was thrown into the deep end with a less experienced squad tackling some pretty complex problems. He approached every challenge with energy, optimism and patience to teach others. His impact was felt immediately, and stakeholders went from feeling uncertain about UX input to relying on the insights and exploratory nature of Ganesh's approach solving problems.

Ganesh has produced some great work for the marketing subscriptions team helping to transform the subscription website. He has a great work ethic; a combination of personal research and collaboration which has turned the product into a much simpler flow and layout for the customer. He has a "data first" focus so that the work he carries out has objectives and structure.

Ganesh is a great mentor and a coach. Having just arrived in the UK, in a new company, Ganesh made me feel right at home. I have learn a lot about how to manage people, projects and expectations. I witnessed design maturity grow at MVF under his leadership. On the business side, he always made sure to cater to the right KPI's, using language stakeholders understand. Even during time-pressured projects, we were able to deliver high-quality impactful digital experiences.
